Our Institute is a
premier management Institute in the eastern region. It was
established in 1976 to cater to the need of management education
under the guidance of late S.N.Sen, the then Vice-Chancellor of
Calcutta University.
Liberalisation, Privatization and globalisation have thrown open the
doors for rapid growth of applied human resourses. Today's students
would be tomorrow's skilled managers. By harnessing in a systematic
and scientific technique of teaching (theory and practice), the
students can be transformed into coveted class of individual
managers.
The Objectives
With Its aim, this
institute is imparting management education to the students with
requisite vision,innovation,dedication and knowledge for more than
two decades.
We are conducting two-year full time (day) and three-year part time
(evening) Master of Business Administration (MBA) programmes since
2001 approved by the all india council for technical education (AICTE),
ministry of human resource development (HRD), Govt. of India and has
been affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. We are also
conducting under graduate courses in management releated areas under
WBUT. Our Institute is providing the best quality of
practice-oriented teaching with help of full time faculty members
and visiting members drawn from reputed industries and universities.
